"The only thing good about this store is that they have different options for shoes, men and women. But they need to work on customer service. Staff is not friendly at all. They can see a customer having a hard time. Looking for a shoe size, but do not offer to help. We end up finding my sons shoe size and a different aisle. Without the help of the staff. The cashier staff are also rude. Will definitely not come back to this place again I will check out another store location"

"Had a horrible experience from the second we walked through the door. The guy standing at the door was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Idk if he thought he was security or something but clearly he wasn’t doing a very good job as he was standing there falling asleep. The cashier was no better either. She had an attitude and absolutely no customer service skills. I had to exchange something the day after and I drove 2 cities over just so I could avoid this place."

"Huge store, huge selection of shoes, socks, and clothes. 30-day return policy. Online orders can't be returned immediately in-store, but bring your shipping box with the shoes and they'll get you a label and ship them back for you and the return processes when they receive them back. I passed the 30-day return deadline, and the super nice guys working at the counter said I could exchange them in-store since the online order dept. said I was SOL."

"Had a geart costumer experience here thanks to Gerardo night shift. He gave great customer service. I will definitely be coming back because of it. They should put him in a leadership position we need more employees like Gerardo to pass on his knowledge and work ethic."
