"Stopped in due to being in town for a convention. Found a pair of shoes I liked but was told they are only taking cash when I approached the register. They did not inform me of this when I entered, nor did I see a sign telling me this. Also, the prices were just as high, if not higher than other discounted stores like Nordstrom rack. I suppose that is due to being in such close proximity to Disneyland/the convention center."
"Better hope you don't have Jessica at the front counter helping you...cause she won't! I asked her one question and all of a sudden, she went to help the girl who was ringing up a customer who only had 2 pairs to ring up...and trust me, she didn't need help. I was there from the beginning of the transaction and the customer asked no questions. She gave a glare and all I asked was if I could grab my bags they had to hold onto from another store. Not that hard of a thing to help with Jessica! Glad I didn't spend a dollar in there. Work on your customer service skills Jessica cause you will actually need to use that in the future."
