"No respect for time. Log time customer multiple vehicles. They have lost my business at this point. Just be honest in the future. The check in process is terribly slow and unproductive even considering 2 people are working the counter. Multiple customers waiting around without even being acknowledged."

"I came to this location to get a brake job accomplished. And after a complete inspection of my vehicle. I was able to get a complete brake service at a quality price. When I came back to pick up my vehicle. I was happy with the job and noticed difference in driving my vehicle. But unfortunately while the vehicle was at this location. One of the server's employees while doing their complete inspection of my vehicle. Did not securely Fastened my oil cap. And shortly after picking up my vehicle to run around to do some errands. I noticed my vehicle was smoking and I could see oil shooting out from under my hood. I pulled over and Popped my hood. Only to see oil all over my engine, hood, window and front lights. I could see my oil cap laying on the side of my engine. I called back down to the store location #162 and talked to the store manager Robert. His response was come back immediately. And once I arrived back at the store. He and one of his tect employees. Was waiting to assess the damage and what was done with the carelessness of not securing the oil cap back on the engine block. After reviewing and analyzing what occurred. His solution was to immediately give me a FREE oil change and have his tech support employees to clean and service my vehicle. He apologized for the mistake and took care of my oil cap mistake. This is exceptional and outstanding customer service. I was pleased and completely satisfied with the level of professionalism and customer service that was displayed. This kind of response and solution is priceless and professional.
