"Technicians at this location don’t know what they are doing, felt like school techs grouping, insulting each others, I came in with a flat tire ending up with tech scratching and bending a mercedes AMG 21 inch wheel. tech drove it flat from customer parking to his bay quickly running over speed bump tried to stop him and he continued driving, hearing my wheel scratching in front of my eyes was the worst experience at this place, spoke to the technician and he mishandled the situation asking me who told you driving with a flat tire would damage the wheel tire manufacturers, car manufacturers… we do that all the time and his manager was telling me i see people driving with flat tires and nothing happens to their tires seriously? Disappointing to see this lack of experience techs and trusting them with our kids lives. if you have a low profile flat tire boy for a sport car you need to fill air first before you drive with a flat tire regardless of the distance as this potentially will damage the side wall of the tire ending needing a new tire and damage customers wheels.. I even drove with a tire compressor and i had ordered a new tire and came to replace it.. after all this i see this happening to an AMG WHEEL that is over $2K hopefully a regional would see this and give these boys proper training."

"I think every company needs to model companies like this when it comes to customer service. For one, they took care of me, no problems! extremely professional, to the point of remembering who I was as a customer. For two, I observed their interaction with every customer while I was waiting and I was blown away with the professionalism shown for each and every customer. You guys are AWESOME. America's Tires has my business for life! I will never go anywhere else for my tires."
