"Very disapointed with their service today. Called and spoke to a gentleman and explained I needed a flat tire fixed but couldn't tow over there. He actually offered to come to me as I was but 5 minutes away. Said he was helping a customer so asked for my name and number and he would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. Didn't hear back after an hour so called back. A woman answered and I explained my situation, she asked the gentleman I spoke to about it and came up with the excuse that they didn't have a truck and didn't have the tools and suddenly were super busy. Won't do business there again."
"Buyers beware of defective tires. I purchased a tire for my wife’s vehicle and in about 4 months later the car started acting very wrong. Tire had a big lump on the inner part of it . I went back expecting an apology and a discount on another new tire but got neither. The owner was was there too and she didn’t care to address the situation. Instead she send the very young employee to speak to me. I’m never going back and hopefully businesses like this one is replaced by good, honest and honorable ones."
