"This store provides pretty good service. I went for oil change. With an appointment, it was done within an hour. A thorough inspection report with detailed estimated cost was also provided, super! I would give this store a five stars, if not because my tires were rotated without being asked. It turned out that their service is too good that tire rotation is automatically included with oil change. However, my tires were rotated a week prior to this oil change. Despite I caught the tech rotating my tires and had supervisor stop him, somehow the tech did not put the tires back to original positions at the end. I found out afterwards by comparing prior service photos on file. Now I need to go back to this store to have tires rotate again.:-("

"Two stars because this is a difficult job in a neighborhood with difficult people and everyone working on my car was very friendly but I’m feeling really uncomfortable with my experience today. Ruben is a very aggressive salesman. Came in for an oil change, reluctant to have him take a look at the rest of the car because the last time I came in I had him replace my crankshaft position censor which lasted all of six months, but he insisted like he was more than happy to do so. He calls me into the garage and I know he’s going to talk to me about my brakes, in which I told him upfront I was aware of and that I wasn’t prepared to have done today. He tells me to wait to see the other brake shoe and I tell him fine. He shows me the ware and I tell him thank you but that I wasn’t prepared to pay for that today. He looks over me, pissed, and tells the man actually working on my car that I don’t “want” to have it fixed. Pissed like he’s frustrated I’m not giving in. We’re back in the lobby and he’s continuing to try and sell me this repair, very slow and matter-a-fact, almost trying to come off like he’s doing me a favor. I’m telling him thank you but money’s tight for me right now and I’d fix it this moment if I could (kind of regret giving this man any explanation at all, he didn’t deserve it). But the part that really made me uncomfortable was that he said “You know, it’s dangerous for the people around you. You’re going to hit a kid.” Now to put something like that onto me because you’re frustrated that I’m not going to have you work on my car today, I found that to be completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Funny thing is I probably paid him to do the job when I got my next paycheck but after this, won’t even be going back for an oil change."

"Chuck was the most helpful person. I had to get my brakes done and didn’t know anything at first. I called this location and chuck was the first to answer. He politely explained everything in the best way possible along with the quotes I needed in a very quick and great manner. Chuck had the greatest communication to me and his customer service was great. I’m coming back here again. Ruben was also helpful to me in person getting my service started and my visit was fast and excellent."
