"Andrew, Richard and all the guys at Exclusively Imports Inc. are great people. Nice, Friendly and honest are just a few words that describe them. I had my Range Rover repaired at Exclusively Imports, they did an amazing job. The only thing I felt bad about is that Andrew had to put up with the nonsense of getting the payment for repairs from the warranty company Empire Auto Protect. Never purchase an auto warranty from Empire Auto Protect. They are scammers, liars and they will make every excuse possible to not pay for repairs. Andrew at Exclusively Imports went above and beyond calling Empire to get payment. Thank you Andrew Richard and Exclusively Imports for your customer service and for going above and beyond! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!"

"I don’t usually do reviews but let me tell you. Exclusively imports inc has the best mechanics ever. Richard and the team went above and beyond fixing my BMW 640i grand coupe M sport. They diagnosed what was wrong with my car didn’t try to upsell me. Also let me know what needs to be fixed on the car in the future. They have great prices and don’t overcharge like other shops that I have called in the area. I highly recommend them for your import needs. Thank you Sergio for texting me and asking how everything is with my car. I will be coming back for my oil changes, tune ups and anything else my car needs. Thank you again Exclusively imports inc you have a customer for life. Update #2 So went back 2 months later to get some parts and maintenance on my 640i and they found a lot of more stuff wrong with my car then I originally thought. Took care of it in 2 days and got my car running like a champ again. Still gotta go back and get more work done. But overall Richard and the team has been great at communicating and finding out what is wrong with my car. They make me feel proud to be a BMW owner. I highly recommend them for all your import needs there was a lot of work done to my engine and it’s running strong again. listen to these guys and do what they recommend you’ll be happy you listened to them. "Sergio and team are always honest and professional. My BMW notified me that I needed a brake fluid service. While I was there last week, I asked if they could change my oil as well. They did the brake fluid service and told me that there is no need to change the oil yet. I have my 2 BMWs serviced there regularly. They actually make owning a BMW more practical. They are BMW experts."

"This establishment took great care of my car and were able to determine what was wrong with it quickly and efficiently. Mind you I took my car to 3 other spots before them and they were the only one who was able to find the problem. I would highly recommended this place if you are having problems with a foreign car. In the end I was unable to pay for the repairs as foreign car parts can be very expensive but my overall experience with them was amazing. They stored my car and even washed my car while it sat there so it didn't just sit and collect dust and look old and abandoned. I eventually removed this car of their lot and they gave me no hastle, even helped the tow truck driver push the car out so he could load it up. "I've always had a great experience bringing my car for service here. Today I called because I had a car door mechanism that broke and I needed help. The Ford dealer let me know it was covered under a recall, but they were busy and I couldn't bring my car in for a month! Meanwhile, I have kids I need to drive to/from school and my back passenger door was being held closed by a bungee cord. I called Exclusively because I didn't know what else to do. They were concerned over the obvious safety issues and made some phone calls on my behalf. They were able to find a place to get me in same day! They could have easily said, "sorry, can't help you" like the dealerships I spoke with did. Thank you, Exclusively!!!"
