"I recently had a Collagen and Facial treatment with an LED mask. I was informed that the session would last for 75 minutes, as indicated on their website. However, the employee finished it in just 60 minutes. Additionally, there was a noticeable oversight as she neglected to include my forehead in the facial, and instead focused on my eyebrows during the facial. I am extremely disappointed with their service this time."
