"Employees were rarely nice. The price was ridiculous. $25 just for a sticker design. $70 for chrome color he hurt my cuticles mine they’re rough. When I told him I didn’t have the 70 he tore off the stickers. The lady who attended my daughter was wonderful, kind and loving. I don’t recommend them at all to expensive. The man who worked on my nails was rude, and his name is lam"

"On the 23th My 19 yr old went in to get a set of acrylic nails and Lam the male that works there was very unprofessional, rude and harsh on her. My Daughter tried to ask a question and he cut her off and in a rude way told her to wait. He then made her bleed and passed the drill right where he cut her. She told him that it hurt. He told her to wait once more. He was gripping her hand very tight. When he was going to paint her nails she told him what she wanted and he got flustered with her because she didn't mention it before but he didn't let her say anything as I said before. She finally broke into tears and Lams wife proceeded to finish the job. My Daughter started recovering without him knowing and he was mocking her while his wife was helping her. A grown Adult mocking a 19 yr old. Be careful with your youn girls."

"I came in for short acrylic nails not a manicure! the old guy Lam did my nails at first and he was super rude since I came in , he was grabbing my hand so tight it hurt , then ripped off my skin instead of my cuticles and I asked him one question politely about my nail color & he gave me a nasty attitude for it! He got irritated and started drilling over my cuts that he made as I bled and I told him it hurt and he ignored me and deeply sighed showing he was annoyed. I asked to wash my hands couple min. Later and he doesn’t let me I ask his wife and she said after he’s done with filing my nails so short then I can wash my hands. He spent so long filling it he never asked me how short I wanted it he just did whatever he wanted. I finally spoke up and showed his wife my cut nails and I asked if she could finish them because I was uncomfortable and in pain and this guy LAM started to yell at me and accuse me of wanting “free nails”. Then he mocked me and told me to not come back out loud. Lam is the owner of this place btw. He’s a horrible person and has anger issues and he shouldn’t have a business if he’s only going to treat people horrible. I was basically tortured my hands and nails hurt so much! Shame on you lam!"

"The mani-pedi combo was thorough and very relaxing. The shoulder and arm massage post mani was firm and fantastic. Almost as good as a massage. The price was competitive and the staff was warm, engaging and professional."

"Every time I go to A Nails Day Spa they are always so welcoming and all the ladies and the gentleman are great at doing nails. I know when I go there I don't have to worry about who is going to do my service because I get the same experience no matter what."
