"I've been trying to grow my hair out since the last bad haircut I got here in September. I went in September and Kitty cut my hair. She likes to talk and the more she talks, the more she cuts! I asked her to clean up my layers and blend my bangs that I was trying to grow out and she gave me super short, crooked layers and my bangs were back to where they were months before! I went home and cried. It was so crooked in the back and I couldn't do anything with it. I went back and had another girl fix it, but felt bad because Kitty was there. The other girl was able to fix the crooked pieces and even though it was way shorter than I wanted, I was able to style it. I just went back in a few days ago after growing my hair out just past my shoulders and Kitty was the next available stylist. I didn't want to be rude and ask for someone else, but I sure wish I had. I asked for a longer A Line type cut, but not too short in the back and asked if she could clean up my split ends on my layers that I am still growing out. She started spraying me with her spray bottle like I needed a shower, my hair was soaked. She then proceeded to make her first cut. 3 inches off the back, leaving me with less than 1/2 inch at the very back! I told her that was TOO short and she said, "That's what an A Line is." I again told her I didn't want it that short, but there isn't anything you can do now. I told her I wanted it longer in the front, to PLEASE leave the length, just take off a little bit. She chopped that, too. I asked her to clean up and blend in my bangs, she did one little straight snip and she was done. She said I could just clip my bangs back if I didn't like the way they looked down. I went home and tried to style my hair and cried again. I'm just sick to my stomach. I look like I have a helmet on my head! There's no gradual taper from the back to the front, it's just one length and then a drop in the front. I would go back in and ask someone else to fix it, but I don't have any hair left! And with my luck, Kitty would be the only one there. I will never go back to Great Clips again and will make sure all my friends and family avoid this place, too. On another note, the last 2 times I was in there, there were 2 different irate customers complaining about how she cut their hair. UPDATE: I received a refund of $25.00 and took a trip to Windsor to have Jenna at the Windsor Great Clips fix my hair. She did what she could and at least now I can somewhat style it. I will be going back to Windsor from now on. We used to live there and never had a problem getting a good haircut from their Windsor salon. I thought RP would be the same. I was wrong."
