"Look, I know these ladies are doing their jobs and I don’t want to slam this place but there is a lot that needs to change. They do decent nail work but their procedures and policies need to change. 1. They keep their nail tools in little baskets with an empty wrapper in there. You’re not fooling anyone; you did not just open these tools. They are used and perhaps you sterilized them which is fine with me but please stop with the tricks. 2. The towels are hand-washed and air dried. It’s obvious. That isn’t necessarily bad but these towels have been rewashed so often that they are old, thinning, scratchy, and have bits of random lint still stuck between the threads. I understand saving money but it just looks gross. They need to buy fresh towels. 3. They use COLD water to soak your hands when you first get there. It is SO uncomfortable. 4. The place is so cold the techs wear winter coats indoors. It’s just a horrible message to send to your customers that your workers have to bundle up because they can’t afford heat or won’t turn it on to save money. AND it’s cold for your customers! 5. For the few customers I have seen in there, I have never gotten the full treatment I expect. You get the bum’s rush out the minute you are done. The lotion and hand massage is maybe a few seconds and there is very little actual care for your hands involved. The cuticle oil isn't applied to all fingers, it was just dab the first few and then go through the motions with a dry dropper on the rest of your fingers. Same for cleaning under your nails: you get maybe one good scrape, then she taps the rest and leaves all kind of gunk underneath as she speeds through. The point of a manicure isn’t just nails. It’s hands too. And I leave there feeling like my hands were neglected every single time. My nails come out ok, and sometimes less than ok. I don’t think they always earn the 20% tip and I feel uneasy leaving it sometimes knowing that the service could have just been better. I know other people love this place and I am just telling you my experiences from the 4 or 5 times I’ve been. But, I’m probably going somewhere else from now on."

"This place is AMAZING!! The women that work here are so friendly and funny! They communicate through the entire process to make sure you're happy... and don't push anything on you that you don't want. Very reasonable price with amazing, beautiful results! I highly reccomend the VIP pedicure! Worth every penny!!"
