"First and last time going to Red nails. I set an appointment for 1 and Nancy didn’t start till 1:45. I ask for black French tips and the initial A on my ring finger and she said it would cost $55, okay cool. She took 2 1/2 hours doing my nails and then said she won’t have time for the initial, I said it was fine because I was already in a hurry and customers were waiting for her. I then go to pay and she charges me $65 and ask for a cash tip, my nails hurt, they look bumpy and uneven. I am very disappointed she was rude and constantly on her phone so she wouldn’t listen when I asked her if she could fix my nails. DO NOT COME HERE!"

"Pedicure was done near expected. I thought Cindy—who did my pedicure—did good. I think she’s the most thoughtful out of the bunch. I’ve had better basic pedicures though, their pedicures were missing the exfoliation step. Manicure was horrible. It was the eldest lady who did my manicure and is the most careless I’ve ever had. I wanted pearly nails and she repeated “pearl ok” but she polished with a blush pink color and I assumed that’s part of the process. But when I start noticing that she was painting on a top coat, I stopped her and showed her the pictures again and she said this color is what you chose, we only do that with gel. I also had less than a pea sized lotion for the massage part and I barely had any hand massage. It was disappointing, I don’t know if it was an age thing because I’m way younger and don’t deserve to be pampered? I work hard for my money. This is not a place for your money well spent. If she had arthritis or something then someone else can do it. Anyway, she blamed me for hitting my nail against the small drying fan but it was the other lady who hit her hand/sleeve against my nail when I was showing her the pics. The elder lady did a horrible job “patching up” the messed up nail. Anyway, there’s no lost in translation, they know very well what you want and they’ll charge you for a mediocre job. Don’t give cash tip too, they probably don’t report their tips to Uncle Sam. I will never return to this nail salon and if you want to come here i highly recommend you to not go here."

"Reasonably priced mani-pedi. Plenty of chairs and technicians. Friendly, non-English speakers with some helpful managers for explanations. Had single toe painted with nail art which came out pretty good."

"CLEAN. Fantastic chairs, kind attendants, and very accommodating to your needs. Would recommend to anyone! Can get busy at times but worth the wait and if you can't stay - try again."
