"I had my nails done their last weekend. I get my nails dipped. The person who did my nails did a horrible job, they have bubbles in them, she ruinined the shape of my nails, and I can tell you I won't be back. The amount of people just hanging out there sleeping in chairs should have been a sign that this isn't the place for me."

"I’m sorry but I did not like my manicure experience whatsoever. You can tell right off the bat they don’t properly wash and disinfect their implements as they visibly had nail dust & other residue. Also, the lady was working under someone else’s license so that was a red flag. The manicure felt like it was done very lazily; and once she asked me if I wanted a massage (which they charge $5 for 8 minutes) she only did it for like less than a minute. I’ve given this place at least 4 chances, and they keep letting me down. If you guys want to go to a more consistent nail salon, go to Rose’s"

"My brother brought me to surprise me to get me manicure I never been here first time . They talking same time I signing to my brother . Very polite and respectful awkward miscommunication .The vibe was very off , lady washing salad , eating food, and cluttered with stuff on top salon tables . The lady have glasses on can tell hard to see have vision issue . I was disappointed nail preparation wrong did not brush all off, told me to walk over to wash my hand , nails was overlaps , file pretty rough .. I keep flinch pull my hands back not feel safe and not like her hands handle my hands . she offer massage very short I would not relax at all . I feel my personal space invaded and left me feel upset and very sadden politely nail job okay and respectfully leave . Afterward my nails burn lot hurt than usual . I'm sorry to say negative but it is a truth . They need do better take classes retake get their acts together learn treat clients better or don't work in salon with bad vibe. This is very unprofessional and lack of caring toward client personal space and safety feel disrespected . I would not go back this place unapologetically disrespect with respectfully very blunt clear be wary of this place save your money."

"I've been here about 4 times now, one for an eyebrow waxing (never again, this is not their specialty..why I only gave 4 stars) and the other times have been for pedicures; which are fantastic, reasonably priced and comfortable. They always take their time and make sure the nails are nicely shaped and even. Some of the manicurists are talkative while others are quiet, I don't mind either. Great experience everytime and will continue coming back."

"First time I've been here in over a year. Had an opening for when I called so I went right away. Distancing between customers, temperatures required at entrance, Plexi glass between customer and nail technician. Seems like they've got their system down and it was a great pedicure. Prettiest design for my toes!"
