"I had a okay experience signing up here. This company is great in finding competitive and low rates for you. Everyone was very helpful signing me up and office was nice. However, they offer to assist customers in cancelling their existing insurance but they don’t follow through. The manager offered to call my existing insurance the next day to work something out and avoid cancellation fees. I waited for 2 days, each time being promised I would get a call that same day, and there was no call. I ended up calling myself and found out each day I was waiting I was losing money from my refund. Still haven’t heard back from Greenlight...."
