"You guys really suck. I talked to an agent and they told me if I pay $151 that my policy will become active again. But instead they still cancel my policy. I do not appreciate being lied to and they was not trying to refund the amount I paid. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!!!! I recommend going to another car insurance company because all they do is take money and lie!!!"

"Esurance is an absolute and utter ABOMINATION! I’m surprised they haven’t had a class action lawsuit against them. Who wants to start one? I submitted a claim about 6-weeks ago and had very little contact with the adjuster assigned to the claim, Kendall Grace. It took them 4-5 weeks to get an appraiser out to look at my car and tell me it was just normal wear & tear when I ran over a large tree branch at 60 mph hour (which couldn’t be avoided on the highway) due to a sandstorm in Arizona which knocked my car out of alignment. They looked at the car and decided it was just normal wear & tear rather than actually driving the car to determine that it’s out of alignment. Absolutely horrendous customer service and treatment. I pay $7000+ a year for this insurance and this is the treatment I get? Absolutely vile, dispensable, and unethical business practices at this joke or a company. Don’t EVER trust these criminals. Class action anyone?"

"Do NOT use them! I have been trying to get my car fixed since 4/28/2023 and still nothing!!! Calls go to voicemail or picked up and put on hold with no answer after 30 minutes The person over my case is Alexandra Morgan! If I could give them a -100 I would!"

"Worst and least professional company I have ever had to work with. I would not recommend to a single person. I have been dealing with a claim for 4 going on 5 weeks and they cannot even tell me if my car is totaled or not. Two seperate people told me my car was totaled before someone called to tell me it wasn't. They do not answer or return calls and no one knows what is happening. You will pay for a service that they will not provide I have never had to deal with such a fraudulent company and I have not ever looked into suing a company until dealing with esurance."

"ESURANCE IS THE WORSE INSURANCE EVER!!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER GET THIS COMPANY!!! I've had a few cases with them and it's always been the same bad customer service and extremely long process to get my car fixed. My last case was opened on September 22nd 2022, I barely got my car fixed on December 3rd 2022, and it was only a cracked fender. I was supposed to be covered for a rental car and they never provided me with one, the person "in charge" of my case Angela Taylor never answered my countless calls and emails and I even contacted her "supervisor" Kristin Hammond and she NEVER responded to a single call, voice-mail or emails. I had to pay for the rental car for 3 weeks from my own pocket!!! And they haven't even sent me a response to see if they will reimburse me! The even put me on a redirected call list, whenever I called the 1800 number my call was ALWAYS sent to voice-mail. Then I tried with a different phone number and then I WAS able to talk to a representative. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!"
