"I’m in the area looking for someone to do a scalp treatment, I called fusion and spoke with Frankie. I ask if I can get someone to perform a scalp treatment and she asks me what’s going on,i replied I have dandruff and i don’t know because I can’t look at my scalp she said if I can make it their in 15 mins she can do it. She then puts me on hold and tells me she can’t see me there for the scalp treatment to see my dermatologist because I was having an eczema out break then she doesn’t know what’s going on she then tries to diagnose my dandruff issue by saying it’s due to diet, stress or underlying health issue then compares me to her x husband saying he had the same issue and he had to see a dermatologist. I find it rude to say yes then say she’s entirely booked for the day then on top of everything tell me to see a dermatologist without even seeing me or my hairs condition. It was a very confusing interaction with Frankie. She was available to see me if I made it in 15 mins to her shop, then she can’t help me out to see my dermatologist, she can’t help out because of the board, she can’t see me today because she was booked, her ex husband had an scalp issue, I was having some form of out break….. Unprofessional."
