"Will not be coming back. Hung up in my face for need and was rude for need to cancel appointment. Jeanne is one of the best nail artist in Milpitas without a doubt, but as an Owner of a nail salon serving customers from diverse backgrounds, I find her to be indifferent, disrespectful, and argumentative, the moment you disagree with her on something respectfully or , similar to today, experience an unexpected delay and need to cancel your appointment. I have been a customer of Jeanne Nail salon for several years, since 2015. I give good tips, always go to my appointments, and never cause problems. Today, I had an appointment at 10am. I drove to the Citibank near Jeannes nails to find that I accidently left my debit card at home. I was so upset and embarrassed. Even though her salon has the capability to accept credit cards, she refuses and accepts cash only. I don't know how many times I've had to go to the bank next door and pay 3.00 for withdrawing cash just because she literally won't accept other forms of pay. So I have to go out of my way to withdraw money instead of using a payment option that works best for me. So when I found myself miles away from home and near the salon without payment since just got off from a long night shift, I was exhausted. I attempted to call the salon but it was still closed even 30 min before 10am. After explaining that I was upset because I left my debit card at home and drove all the way to Milpitas without any form of money on accident I would have to cancel. Instead of having good customer service and acknowledging my stress and dismay because I had to cancel getting my nails done. she says "If you aren't serious, don't set up an appointment; you are supposed to cancel the day before" when I have never missed an appointment before and have always worked around her scheduling delays. I found her response to be insensitive and just rude, and as a professional, I was shocked. She even hung up on me. She literally talked over me the entire time I was trying to share my situation and could care less about me as a customer. Sorry, but I'm going to find a salon who is respectful to their customers and doesn't treat them poorly and with disrespect."

"Jeanne has been doing my nails for the past 7 years. My daughter referred me to her. Jeanne is very meticulous in her work, my nails look natural whether she uses acrylic or dipping powders. I have often gone more than 3 weeks before getting them filled. I just had her apply eyelash extensions for the first time, I had been going to a different place which was further away from my home. I immediately realized the extra care she gave me by thoroughly cleansing my eye area before she started the process, and taking the time to explain in detail every step of her process. I felt very relaxed and took a nice nap. Woke up with beautiful lashes that look glamorous."

"Jeanne is very good! Everything else about this place is decent enough, but Jeanne herself is what's really impressive; she really listened. My nails never looked this good. She did a dip even though I usually do gel, and it was such a good call. They have lasted so long. I can't imagine going anywhere else."

"Made a 10am appointment for a fill and pedicure because a friend referred me after the last place made my nails look very bulky. Jeanne was very thorough and took her time. She reshaped my nails and made them look very natural. I wanted a more initially asked for an oval shape but I received more of an almond shape. When I mentioned it to her she was willing to fix it but I decided to leave it and see how I like it. It took about 1 and a half hours for my fill and reshape. I think that is a really long time but then again my nails came out really well so I think it was worth it. They are a little pricey and charge for everything like cutting cuticles. Every other place I’ve been cuts cuticles as a part of the service. My pedicure was very nice. They don’t have massage chairs which is a bummer but the lady who did my toes was very thorough and I didn’t have to ask her to fix things, like I normally do. With all that said I had a pleasant first experience and would return again."
