"Worst place ever.. The new management is worse then the old management.. The apartments are poorly built..The walls have cracks in them. The plumbing is poorly done. The water does not get very hot and stay hot. The faucet and toilets get loose often. The walls are extremely thin. Valet trash is 25 a month.. The walk ways are full of food and liquid drainage from the trash bags. They rarely pressure wash the area. The water and sewage charge is well over a 120 dollars. The parking is 30 to 100 or more dollars a month the free spots are not near. The pet fees are high. I'm disappointed in this new management. I will not renew next year."

"Was great for the first year. Good appliances, spacious easy access to the highway etc. however over the 2023 summer something changed and dealing with management has become a hassle. Work cut hours back for a month and I informed them of it and that I would get caught back up by end of month. when I tried making the payment they added hundreds of dollars extra and made further payments a hassle."

"Do not recommend living here. The amount of times management/maintenance has entered our apartment is insane compared to anywhere else I've lived, and they give NO notice. They tend to be rude and abrupt when entering and often times are careless when it comes to specific asks such NO bug spray, etc. Also, there is little to no parking so expect long walks to your unit and constant street parking. Although the unit itself is nice, the management's lack of communication and lack of urgency make it worth looking elsewhere. Also, if you have any questions or concerns regarding anything, don't expect them to answer your phone calls, voicemails, or even emails. They will be ignored."

"Been here Over a year. I absolutely love my unit. These apartments are very beautiful. Not familiar with the new staff but I know that Leakaye is absolutely amazing! She is very personable and professional. There is construction happening around us but honestly, it doesn't really bother me. The community is quite peaceful. I'm sure there are alot of great things coming to this already wonderful property with new management. I'd easily recommend making here your home !"

"I have 2 coworkers that live here. Very nice apartments, but the frequency they enter your home is unlike ANYTHING I’ve ever seen or heard before. One friend is leaving as a result of this and the other is beyond fed up (both have had apartments before). Look into other choices for MJ and Lebanon before you decide. I wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing the frequency of negative reviews increasing at this location. I almost sold my own home about a year ago to move here. Thank God I didn’t make that decision."
