"I have been trying to track down where my failed implant was done. I called Montclair smile design. They used to be my dentist five years ago until they sold the practice. I had a conversation with Tina on the phone and she was able to send me the information while I was on the phone to make sure I received it. I would say she went above and beyond, she spent about eight minutes on the phone. Got it all done checked all the addresses and she was really pleasant. Great and very professional. "So sad that my beloved dental practice that I brought my family to for years turned into this. Well, the practice was sold AGAIN just last month. The cleanings became only 20 minutes-and painful. I asked Clark directly why-knowing that I have a complicated mouth- my 2 cleanings (that I should not have even come for)were so fast. He stated "my hygienists are better, that's why they are faster". Incredible line of bologna. I wonder what hacks the new buyers will be! Beware and do not patronize this practice. My family and friends that are now former patients concur."
