"Satou is extremely rude , I came here for years paying them 200$ plus each appointment , NEVER LATE , NEVER RUDE to them. Out of no where I tried to make an appointment with her and she refused my service like literally for no reason I referred so many people to this shop I cannot believe this lady !!! If that isn’t rude I don’t know what is I wish I never gave her a dime of my money! Do Not go here she do not value GOOD LOYAL CUSTOMERS. All she do is talk on the phone and eat eat eat …."

"This place is horrible honestly the owner is very rude they are not friendly at all they prices always go up or are different per customer. I had a horrible experiences here if I could put zero stars I would the owner ask for my money before my service was even complete. & I told her that it was rude she then let one of her customers tell me that she was African also and that’s just how they are I then told her that we are all African & being kind is a universal language. She let this lady get out of her chair to confront me about speaking my opinion of her Professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly she needs to be put out of business I think they Stereotype against black women who are from American and it’s sad I pray people see this review & really understand this place is not cool."

"Absolutely rude, the braider did not pay detailed attention to the style I presented with a picture to the owner and braider. I was guaranteed she could do it. When I mentioned Halfway through my head, I wasn't happy with how my hair was looking. The owner tried to convince me my hair was exactly like the picture I sent them. She literally tried to make it an argument. The wanted to take part of it down and try to re-do it!! I was very irritated, and told them to just finish what she started. I was charged $200, for a style I wasn't happy with."

"I called the shop hoping to make an appointment, but wanted to know how they were keeping clients safe during COVID. When I asked my question, the owner yelled at me! She said they didn't have COVID and hung up in my face. Confused, I called the owner back to explain my point. I thought perhaps there may have been missed communication. She( the owner) hung up in my face again. Why be so rude? Sisters, if we can't respect one another, how can we support one another. Sure, I like to frequent black owned businesses, but you can't get my money if you can't show some decency and respect. I'm really hurt, I've been going to them for a few years, but I will not be getting my hair done by them again."
