"Renu is no longer at this location- I would not trust anybody else here with Henna services, as they found my request for traditional North African Henna hilarious (they were laughing about it the entire time), and had fought me on doing it every step of the way. They tried to force their own styles on me, after I explicitly requested my design and had shown them a picture. They thought I could not understand them, so what I ended up hearing from them when they switched languages was unbelievably racist comments regarding North Africans, mocking our traditional henna. In addition, they overcharged and were significantly late as well, with the audacity to ask for a tip after being awful to me (even if they thought I couldn't understand) the entire time. Do not bother if you're from any part of Africa, they clearly have a bias."

"This is my go to spot - I have been coming here consistently for a few years now and don’t go anywhere else! Uma does an amazing job - she really takes the time to make sure the shape is perfect. She has really recreated my eyebrows since I have come here - before they were over plucked and quite uneven. Also, I know others love her too because of how many people can sometimes be waiting to be seen or how quickly her schedule fills up. I recommend anyone who needs eyebrow threading to come here - Uma really makes you feel special!"

"Uma is sweet but a little rough on handling your head when moving it around for threading. Threading is good but I would not recommend getting your eyebrows tinted here… mine came out really uneven from left to right, even thou I specifically asked to watch out for that and the eyebrow shape was really curved which did not look good."

"This is usually my go to place but after my experience today I’m not so sure I’ll be returning. I scheduled an appointment for 4PM called when I arrived and was told that she would be right out to get me. 4:25 rolls around and I was still not being seen, i knocked on the door to her suite and was told she was just finishing up with her current client. I understand running behind but being 25 minutes late for a service that takes 10 minutes is ridiculous. If I had been notified prior that would have been fine or even if she would have told me when I called and was told she’d be right out instead of lied too when it seemed as though she knew how long the service she was doing would take. Torn because quality of threading is great but I don’t love my time being wasted. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t stick to them!"
