"Though this dentist and his staff are very talented. They are a bit of a money trap for those on Medical. You can have X-rays, cleanings and extractions. Anything else you will be paying out of pocket. They insist on using products not covered by Medical. You will not even get a choice..well you do but it's pay or find another dentist.though please come back after you get the work done. I find this medically irresponsible. Considering how hard it is to find a dentist on this coverage. The staff can be cold and unresponsive. My last visit, I walked out because I was being shamed for not having found a dentist for my cap. I politely tried to explain how medical works to the technician 3x until I just felt so sad and defeated I had to leave before my cleaning. I asked for the office manager to follow up but no one did. They don't care. They do strange things that seem like it's for your benefit..like calling you to fill in an earlier appointment . Then you have to deal with over crowding in a tiny office. Hurry up and wait mentality. Never take the switch unless it really suits your needs, otherwise it will be a rushed crowded situation."
