"I would love to give the dentist a 5 star but his from office doesn't even deserve one star. I only ever went to one dentist my entire life so it was hard for me to trust another dentist. I waited MONTHS for my appointment with Dr. Meade. When I finally got to my appointment Dr. Meade really helped eased my mind and flicked some cement off that my other dentist left behind. I planned to switch my entire family over to his office because I liked him so much. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail which is fine but when I called the front office to question the billing Ericka "the office manager" was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I've worked in the dental field for over ten years and I have never seen a front office member laugh at a patient hang up on a patient and bill incorrectly. I asked to speak with the doctor and she wouldn't allow it. Again being in the dental field I've never seen a doctor not speak to a patient to make things right. I told Ericka I would go to the office and talk with him and she hung up on me. I would never treat my patients the way she has treated me. It was never about the money I just simply wanted to ask why they billed the way they did. I paid my bill and parted ways."
"Customer service in this dental office is excellent. From the person who booked my appointment, to the front desk/reception, and finally to the dentist, everyone knew how to conduct themselves. Dr. Meade is very thorough in explaining my dental condition and presented a more workable plan to take care of my problem. The waiting time was less than 15 minutes - pretty good for a dental office. The office is also clean and organized."
