"Had a teeth cleaning appt set up 6 months ago w a specific hygienist. I only see her due to my fear. Received a call saying there's earlier appt with the same hygienist and if I want it. So I took it and showed up. To my surprise, the teeth cleaning was with someone else because the hygienist switched the shift w someone else. No one called me to let me know and I rudely found out when I showed up for the appt. I walked away and now, I lost my original appt and can't get on her book for this year. Not very professional to be switching people around and not letting the patients know. This place used to run lot smoother under Dr. Tonsberg but w new ownership, it has let me down."
