"This place is a total scam so please avoid if you can. On my first visit there they handed me a $900 bill after the x-ray checkups. The bill was for deep cleaning which at that time I had not done. The amount was before insurance but they said they could refund me after insurance and if I paid upfront I could have a 5% discount. This was NOT how insurance was supposed to work but I did not know then. So I paid for the amount since I was gonna do the cleaning anyway. After the cleaning and insurance claims, they said I could use the leftover balance for future credit. At this point I already felt something was off so I asked for a refund. And it literally took me 2 MONTHS to get my money back while I would go to their office EVERY 2 WEEKS to ask for an update. I still couldn’t imagine how people in any good conscience could have done something like this. I would rather give my money to the homeless."

"They try to scare you and upsell you on unneeded procedures. At my initial intake appointment, they took xrays and tried to sell schedule me to have 5 crowns put on. I got a second opinion and the second dentist didn't recommend any crowns. Clean office FWIW"
"They was very kind. Only thing is my paper to get my teeth pulled, doesn't have my name on it. Only recommended place to go, to get them pulled. I need something with my name on it, so they'll follow through. My only quip."
"This place has lost some of its luster over the last few years. It used to offer free massages, dietary consultation and even acupuncture hence the name "Total Health Dental". Now they don't offer any of that. It naturally went away during Covid and never came back. Cost savings i assume. They also used to have a friendly front desk staff that I knew all by name and likewise. Now its all strangers and outsourced calls to confirm my appointment. My last appointment I received several calls and text messages despite confirming with the first call. All these negative points don't overshadow that I still go twice a year for my cleanings and whatever else I need. And that is because dental hygienist Diane is great! We always have great conversations while she cleans my teeth and I trust her with my teeth health. As well as dentist Jessica who is also great and I have been working with for years."
