"Had nothing but great experiences here. Call around to several places and this place ended up giving me the best price and the most comprehensive one thing that particularly stood out is the other day I had an issue with my Tesla and instead of me having to jump through hoops to file a claim I actually called the insurance agency and they were able to help me and even set up the appointment for me to get it repaired. They always going above and beyond and extremely friendly and professional. Another thing that I appreciate if they were able to find my homeowner's insurance and provide me with a discount when I didn't even know I was eligible. A+++"
"If I could give no stars I would. The girls here at this particular location have no idea what to do when it comes to insurance. First we were contacted by Angie with offering a great rate for our auto insurance, so we thought. A few days later after signing and paying for the policy we realized we needed and sr22 for the state of Oregon. I dealt with Brianna and Anna on this matter. Instead of helping it was a nightmare with myself and my partner basically doing their jobs by calling dmvs and other agents to figure this out. Not to mention they were screening our calls as we tried numerous of times to contact them on a daily basis and they rarely picked up. In the end we canceled and went with Progressive as they knew how to properly handle the situation and were very friendly when dealing with us. Brianna and Anna were rude and in my opinion very unprofessional. If you are transferring from another state or looking for an agency that is willing to help, and not just in it for the money I would seriously reconsider this agency. To be fair Farmers agents that I needed to call because I wasn't getting help from these ladies were very helpful. Just don't give this place your business in my opinion."
