"I’ve had extreme trauma when it comes to the dentist ever since I was a child. Ive had extensive amounts of dental work done for someone by age due to a bad physical accident involving my teeth when I was younger. I can confidently say that specifically: the dentist Kyle, the RDA Adolfo and the RA Alyssa has been handles down the best I’ve gone too. They are the ONLY ones so far who have made me feel comfortable, have not made me cry from pain or stress or fear and they have put intentional effort into making each visit as painless as possible. They are conservative which I prefer, and they are gentle with shots and communicate everything they are doing. I don’t plan on going anywhere else as long as they are working there."

"Very unprofessional. I had an appointment today for a cleaning and check up. Haven’t been to the dentist in two years. When I went here it was Dr Koett and now it’s a new dentist and new staff. I had X-ray taken by the dental assistant that was very friendly. The dentist came in went over my X-ray and checked my gums. Told me I needed a deep cleaning, filling, and crown. The front desk receptionist came in to go over pricing and procedure plan. I agreed to do the cleaning and filling today. He advised me that the dentist was now with another patient and it would be a 45 minute wait until the dentist could come do the deep cleaning and filling for me. I’m not going to wait 45 minutes I had already been there an hour to get paper work filled out and X-rays. Wasted my time and gas. I live all the way in Elk Grove so this was very inconvenient. My advice to them is don’t double book appointments at the same time. Time is money as a business you should know this. Wasted my time and gas. You charge patients $35 dollars for missing appointments I feel you should pay me for wasting my time and double booking my appointment. I have made an appointment with another dentist and won’t be returning here again."

"30 minute wait past appointment time, hygienist was a temp, didn't introduce herself, watched TV throughout cleaning. Dentist came in rather brash direct, demeaning. Decided I needed many follow up appointments. I walked in with no issues or concerns . I now have tooth pain. Not going back.. Not the same place it was with Dr Koett!!"

"I can think of the best dentist I have ever had and it is just amazing when you find one better. When I found Dr Koett, I remember thinking to myself "so this is how it's supposed to be". The staff are hands down the best in the industry. They are extremely friendly and treat you as if you were their only patient. Dr. Koett is just amazing he is soft and delicate when he works on you and always checks to make sure you are comfortable. No amount of reviews can do justice, just visit him already."

"Absolutely wonderful doctor and front office staff! They have been like family to us, available even in the weekends during an emergency! I experienced severe tooth pain and had an associated high fever on a friday when the office was closed. Doctor was away in faraway Lake Tahoe doing surgeries but he returned my call almost immediately and was available in the afternoon to diagnose our problem and provide a quick fix. In addition, they are not at all pushy, and don't unnecessarily re-do fillings and any dental procedures until absolutely needed! Love, love them and highly recommend them!!"
