"The last experience I had over the phone with Monica over a bill dispute is bad. She totally did not want to listen and keeps talking over me. They used to be nice but once you are longer their patient, the attitude changed."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Collins' since I was about 12 years old, and I'm 26 years old now. I can say with full confidence that Dr. Collins and his practice is all-around amazing. He is very professional and also makes you feel like family. His staff reflects that too. I came in today to get a filling done, and Dr. Collins and I were talking, joking around and laughing nearly the whole time because I felt so comfortable and like I could relax and just be myself even during a dental procedure.
