"Office refuses to honor free dental cleaning with insurance. They say that the dental cleaning is free but they will only give you the cleaning if you pay an extra 73$ for a bacterial treatment. Basically I'm not able to get a free cleaning unless I agree to their bogus charges. After I complained about this they tried to send me a bill for a cancer screening after the visit. This screening was not agreed to and not done. Thankfully the billing department agreed and removed the charge as it was not consented to. I have been with this dentist office for 6 years and have a high opinion of Jack the dentist but he doesn't run the office and what they are doing is clearly unethical! I will greave this with my insurance company. Best to find an honest dental office as this is no longer a quality office to choose!"
