"If you are someone of Hispanic or African American decent PLEASE avoid this nail shop at all cost! The customer service here was ridiculously rude! My 10 year old daughter and I went in for one manicure and one nail paint. They proceed to ask if I want gel but I kindly denied the gel. The lady doing my nail proceeds to be rude and aggressive handling my nails. Almost like she was upset I choose to get regular nail polish. She then proceeds to ask me to pay for the service before she even paints my nails. Mind you I'm the only person in the whole salon who was asked to pay before paint. Almost like they assumed I wasn't going to pay. I ignored the shortness because I truly am not the type of person to create a scene. Plus I had my daughter with me and wanted to be a good example to express your needs when someone doesn't get it right. Use your voice. Amy is the salon owner and the way she put her customers needs was extremely insensitive and you can honestly tell by her actions that she is about the money and not customer satisfaction. My first experience with Amy was delightful until I experienced my needs from her business and it became a problem. I was charged for two manicures. My daughter literally got her nails painted and nothing more. So I was charged extra for her nails to be painted. The end result my experience with posh nails was anything but delightful. I was discriminated on and it made me feel sad that people can be so mean sometimes. Especially businesses like this. This will be the last time I get my manicures done at any of Amy's salons. Roseville or Elk Grove. Don't waste your hard earned money supporting businesses who have no accountability on their customer service. My nails look like I did them myself. Hints why I came to what was supposed to be a professional but because I didn't get gel I wasn't worthy of getting good service. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau. Amy’s response to her customers are out face rude and she should not have a business. She will not get away with her nastiness. Please read how she responds to her upset customers about the services her business provides. I’ve never seen a business owner act in this way."

"This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. The nail tech didn’t do anything I asked, she left me multiple times to go help other places and talked me out of everything I was trying to have her do. I will never go back here again and I’d warn you to stay far away from this place unless you want your nails to turn out terrible like mine. These pictures are only 3 days of having these nails on. She didn’t even fill them in. The last picture is what I asked for, on top of all that my pinky toe is already completely missing polish and I got gel."

"The salon was not clean or organized. We made an appointment and they acted as if we just walked in and made us wait. One girl was there well before us and she still wasn't helped. She even looked at me and said "I'm about to walk out". They had the nail samples on the table in which I picked out a specific color. When it came to implementing it the guy had no idea how to do it. Another worker aggressively came over and had to do it. I asked for purple, she decided she liked silver. My nails look worn already and were not cheap. Picture is from same day. I will not be returning."

"They're in the middle of a remodel, but if you're friendly and my nails look good, I'll overlook anything. Ask for Van! She's amazing! Remodel is complete and it looks great. This is my new "Go to" salon."
