"My Fiancé had a terrible experience, this is her second time coming to this salon, the first time was OK but it was expected as they told us the person was training and we accepted that. It took around 2.5 hours to complete a full bleach, dye and cut. THIS TIME - it took nearly FIVE HOURS, we got charged $130 more than quoted for "extra dye" which i cant imagine being our fault. It took 4+ hours to dye her hair from a light color to a dark color, then around 15 minutes to cut her hair not even remotely close to how she wanted. For a salon that demands $400+, this is an insane waste of money. Stylist name was Jeremy"

"I wanted a very blended ash blonde, balayage. It came out very blocky, not blended whatsoever and quite yellow. Especially by the fact that it cost $350. I went back in for an adjustment, and although it looked better, it still wasn't very blended. I would not return."

"I had an awful experience. I booked this appointment on a whim because I needed my hair cut. I saw plenty of reviews on google, which I assumed it was a good place. I checked in and was greeted by the staff. When the stylist call me over and I sat down, she said “I was getting ready to go home but they told me I had another service to do” That service was me. It was very off putting because it seemed like she was annoyed that she had to do my hair. She never greeted me, she never told me her name. Throughout the appointment, I never even knew her name until I got a survey via text. I added a consultation on my appointment, but she didn’t even do a consultation. She just asked what I wanted and then she lead me to the wash station. I did noticed that while she was blow drying my hair, she’s snarky towards her co workers. I guess they just go along with it because that’s just her personality. After she cut my hair with layers, I liked the way it looked in the front. When it came to the back of my hair, I noticed my hair looked choppy and had a gap between the top and bottom half of my hair, it wasn’t blended. I told her my hair didn’t look blended and pointed to where I was talking about. I guess this offended her or something and her response was “I’ll just cut more layers” she proceeded to cut more “layers” but she didn’t cut the area that I asked about. When she was done and showed me the hair, I looked at it for a VERY long time. (There were plenty of stylists there, so I’m pretty sure they saw). I’m not a confrontational person and the way she responded the first time made me feel uneasy so I just let it go and ended my appointment. I paid for my service and the front staff let me know tip is a separate transaction. I did not tip. The front staff gave me a shameful look, which I didn’t care for because anyone who experienced what I went through wouldn’t have tip either. I’m sure they saw the back of my hair as I walked out. "Brianna performed my service - she confirmed my inspo pictures provided were something she could do - she asked a few of the other stylist for advice - the bleach placement was great (bleaches out part of my eyebrow) - she toned it and mentioned to me that my hair was a little green and to wash it a few times to 'wash it out' - that was Tuesday August 16th and I still have green hair - I spoke with the manager CHELSEA today and she explained that all they do it offer to correct my hair by having me serviced by a higher leveled stylist - mind you I came to this salon to get another salons work correct (picture provided of my before) - as a customer when I get bad service or NOT what I asked for why in the WORLD would I return - I asked for my money back and CHELSEA said we DO NOT give refunds and proceeded to hang up on me before giving me her name This is NOT good business. DO NOT use this salon for your hair needs!!!!!"

"Best haircut of my life! She understood what I wanted and took the time to really make sure my hair would look how I wanted it to when I left. Previous haircuts just cut my hair off, leaving it short and flat. She cut my hair with skill and knowledge so that days later I am still amazed at the volume and curl she was able to coax out of my wavy hair. Amazing and worth the price without a doubt. Im so happy! Before and after photos but it honestly looks even better now without styling!"
