"Matthew and the salon staff always make me feel like I'm the only person in the salon when I know they are juggling multiple clients. He takes the time to listen to how I've been managing my hair care, what my goals are, and gives realistic options and a plan to move forward. I leave the salon with a bounce in my step and a big smile on my face. Choosing Vault, and Matthew in particular, was the best thing I could of done for myself.
