"My turbo failed, George’s in Morgan Hill is where I took the car into, explained my turbo was failed, and what was done to the car, and decided I didn’t know what I was talking about and that it was not my turbo but something else. $1500 later, 2 months without a car, letting my car sit outside his shop on the street where it was then backed into completely ruining my hood and headlights. I was told the car was done and to pick it up, arriving to my car looking like it hadn’t moved off that spot in the street in atleast two weeks. Next thing I noticed was my hood and headlights completely damaged. George said he didn’t do it, but he’d order me a hood, and 6 months later, still nothing. He then decided to lecture me on my own car, acting like a know it all while in the meantime giving me my car back worse than it was before. Now I took the same car, same failed turbo, to preferred automotive and they had my turbo out, replaced, and fixed in less than 36 hours. This is the best place around. Don’t go anywhere else. ESPECIALLY GEORGES IN MORGAN HILL. Do not believe the good reviews about Georges. Worst mechanic I’ve ever been to. Preferred Automotive is the best decision."
