"I absolutely HATE my hair cut. I went in with hair down to my bottom and asked for it to be a little above my elbows. It was cut higher than my shoulders. After the roughness of the cut, I got home to realize my hair chopped unevenly with my left side shorter than my right, the “layers” to look like steps and the front noticeably longer than the back. Upsetting after reading the great reviews but I will not be returning."

"The first time I went here they did an excellent job coloring and TRIMMING my hair. However, the second time I went, I got a hair CUT and it looks terrible. It wasn't at all what I asked for (I even showed her photos). I went back to have her adjust it and it's even worse now (I blame myself for going back). Color looks great again, but the cut is horrible, and now I will have to go somewhere else to fix it (if that's even possible because so much was cut off). My hair went from long and thick to something resembling a thinned out mullet. (I asked for blended layers in the back and this is what I got) I recommend this place for COLOR AND TRIM ONLY, not for a hair cut."
