"I initially signed up for full coverage for my car at a decent price, earning it two stars. However, I forgot to add the lien holder, crucial for the car company. Adding it became a nightmare. After paying the policy and a $209 broker fee, Brenda, my broker, was unresponsive to my messages about adding the lien holder. She claimed to be busy and provided a 1800# to call. After multiple unsuccessful attempts and conflicting information, I contacted Brenda again after 24 hours, in which she responded she wasn't in the office that day. Frustrated, I called the 1800# once more and, after several disconnects, finally connected with Elvira Esparza on the 3rd day, who resolved the issue effectively. Kudos to Elvira 5 stars! Lesson learned: Ensure everything is added before paying the broker fee, as post-payment responsiveness tends to decline."
