"Does it make sense to own a car without a AAA membership? This has been our AAA since they tore down the restaurant overlooking the lake and AAA moved from the old location at Mosswood Park. I do not know why they moved, that location was fine and convenient. The current one has its advantages being next to shopping and food but is still crowed into the strip mall shape and feel in many ways. This service at this branch has always been #1 It is worth the price of a AAA membership to use their DMV services instead of going into the real DMV. I wish that they could do driver's licenses. In the days of paper maps they were great and when it comes to trip planning, they are still great. My last visit I needed to replace my GEICO insurance in a hurry and they helped me with that on the spot, when GEICO would not even take a phone call."

"The phone line is practically useless. I called to get some info about passport photo and I cannot for the life of me navigate to the right section. It lists choices arbitrarily and when it finally goes to a person’s line it’s likely a voicemail. How many people work in this office? Do they all serve different niche areas like Disney trip planning vs domestic vs international cruises? Do all these choices need to be in the phone line? Do my questions make you as crazy as the phone line choices made me?"

"I want to file a complaint on adjuster Hector Perry for unprofessionalism in a time of my crisis where my car was stolen. He was very unprofessional on how he has handled my case. He was supposed to email me a document yesterday after we got off the phone and he has yet to send me that file that will help my claim go through. When he saw my acct needed to be paid up to date he treated me wrongfully instead of assisting I want to file a complaint on adjuster Hector Perry for unprofessionalism in a time of my crisis where my car was stolen. he was very unprofessional on how he has handled my case. He was supposed to email me a document yesterday after we got off the phone and he has yet to send me that file that will help my claim go through. He told me I was excessively calling him. And over reacting. I’m sorry how should I act when my car has been stolen and the only person who can approve my acct has been on “break” from 10:40-1:20 when he finally answered my call. Mind you he never once called me. I had to reach out to him in order to get any answers. I want him off my case immediately."
