"In desperate need of a PCP after mine stopped taking Ins and started a 'monthly club'. They took basic info and said "I'll give this to the Dr and if it gets APPROVED, we'll call u for an appointment." After a week I called back and asked "What did you mean by "approved? Like checking what meds we take and all?" She goes "Something like that." I told her her I'm not on pain meds plus I have a Rheumatologist & Neurologist I just need someone for basic care.. I never did get that call. How dare a "doctor" (for lack of a better word) JUDGE a patient they know NOTHING about?This is someone who only cares about the check."

"This place is only after your money. The Dr. Does not listen to you, rather she looks through you."

"I called for a very simple request for my daughter since my daughter is a patient at this location & was told to use something over the counter. I told the receptionist who answered the phone thank you for NOT HELPING and hung up. I will be moving my daughter offices."
