"After over 15 years and over $200,000 of premiums with the Romano Farmer's Insurance I had a fire at one of my buildings. I had no idea how to proceed and called them for help with this and they told me it was out of their hands and offered no guidance at all and did not even bother the call the adjuster on the case. because of their lack of help I had to hire an Insurance Advocate to represent me to make sure that I received what was fair for the damages. I always believed that a Broker is supposed to help in the time of need, the Michael Romano brokerage company has failed me miserably I have since moved my business to another Farmers broker. My new broker has been wonderful and has helped guide me through the rest of this fire disaster. I'm sorry that after all these years Michael Romano brokerage company turned out to be completely useless."
