"If you want fantastic highlights at a great price, ask for Ashley. She's an expert at doing subtle natural color and leaving hair soft, not over-processed. The shop is cute but not overblown -- a medium-size place that offers excellent service without overcharging for it (some salons leave me feeling as though I'm paying more for the hairdresser's rental fees and the salon's spa vibe than for the service itself). True talent at a New Twist, at a good value!"
