"Absolutely Flabbergasted with Ryan's etiquette ...very impolite. He was arguing with Wendy about my hair. All I wanted was to take the brass out, And do a touch up. But he insisted that he needed a highlight my hair. He said that there was no possible way of getting the brass out and that if he touched up my hair, it would continue to be brassy. He was very unprofessional and would not lend Wendy Talk This was the first time I tried him because I normally go to Wendy. Wendy was trying to explain to him how he could do it. But he refused to listen, interrupted her rudely. And did not even care about my concern. He was more concerned about the time because he said he had an appointment. I was scheduled at 1:45. His appointment came in at 2. How can he schedule somebody for short amount of time to do highlights and color touch up I think I'm going to go to the Better Business Bureau to file A. Formal complaint. Business like this should not be conducted. I took the day off of work because I needed to get this done and he just did not care about my concern. So I might even have to take legal action against this For my time."

Despite my attempts to seek a resolution and have my concerns addressed, the staff at Ryan & Wendy Hair Design displayed a complete lack of care or responsibility. They dismissed my complaints and showed no interest in rectifying their mistake. It was clear that they prioritized their convenience over customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it is important to note that the cheap price advertised by Ryan & Wendy Hair Design comes at the cost of poor quality of service and unprofessionalism. The subpar results and lack of accountability are indicative of the low standards upheld by this salon. I strongly advise against entrusting your hair to Ryan & Wendy Hair Design. Their lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior, refusal to address customer concerns, and overall poor quality of service make them an establishment to avoid.
