"The way this staff treated my husband yesterday was appalling. I happened to be on the phone with him when he checked in and he was spoken to like he wasn’t even supposed to be there. I was planning a visit there myself but it’s a definite NO! No one should be made to feel like he did. So very unprofessional, rude and uncalled for. I have been in a customer service role my entire life and I can’t imagine treating a patient/client on this manner. Do better!!"
