"Would give 0 stars if possible. This was listed as a walk in clinic and I needed to get my 3 year old, who had a 102 fever, in to be seen after calling around and finding no appointments anywhere, even for walk-in. I was told "we are not a walk in clinic and there was nothing they could do for me without going online to request an appointment". Nothing about that is very "walk-in" friendly. I talked to another family member and said they have used the walk in services at this location multiple times with no issues, both calling ahead and just walking in. I was in tears on the phone with these people and not a drop of sympathy was in their voice. Would not recommend."

"Be Aware of their Financial / Insurance SCAM : Visited the hospital for my Kid in October 2022. Asked for charges and they told me it will be around $160 for sick visit. I told I had insurance and they scanned my card. They billed later by Jan for $360. For Sick Visit and Strep Test, I am charged $360. No one informed me I have to pay more if I insurance vs Self Pay at time of check out. Who wants to pay more with insurance. They added so many charges saying New patient visit, record keeping, etc. Please have a board that if you use insurance you will end up paying more. Tried working with their billing department, etc after paying $150 from my pocket. But nothing helped. People in Billing Department and People in clinic will give you conflicting information. Better avoid these kind of scammers and visit a really hospital and preferably NOT Vanderbilt."

"Went this past Tuesday for a sinus infection. Strep came back negative. Never received a phone call back for my flu and covid test. Sent on my way with some Flonase and zyrtec. Symptoms only proceeded to get worse. So I went to a urgent care today, and was prescribed the right antibiotics to help me out. So it's safe to say, I will not be returning to the Vanderbilt Health Clinic."

"$120 for just the visit then they did a strep quick test, and then a culture to be sent off. So God knows what the further bill is going to look like. Everything came back negative. Had 101.5 fever for three days(going on 6 days now). Once those were negative they told me to go see my primary care. I told them that this happened about 6 weeks before at my primary care and they couldn't identify what is was and my family doctor gave me antibiotics and an antibiotic shot. Was better in two days. Walgreens refused to give me antibiotics "because she had never heard of that", only thing they were useful for was a sick visit note. Went to my family doctor today, they said let's give you a shot and a strong antibiotic since that helped last time. And that at the family doctor was $55. Save your time and your money."
