"Although everyone is nice, I have noticed how no one is on the same page. Wrong information is provided and nothing is being done correctly because either they are not thorough and or they do not have a set routine for procedures to follow. It’s causing issues with more time off from work, taking forever to get an IUD because no one is on the same page and not being thorough which is causing more appointments because I feel like I might have to schedule yet another appt with the provider in hopes to get all of my questions answered with straight forward answers along with next steps needed."

"Initially, the front desk told me upon my arrival that my appointment was cancelled, but I got no notification. Apparently this was due to the incorrect assumption that my insurance was out of network. This was eventually resolved at my insistence but no one knew how this happened. I was able to see someone else 45 min later. This cut into additional time off of my PTO at work. But, my actual visit with Ellen helped offset the check in process. Most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I only had an issue with that young receptionist who sits on the right. She never smiles nor looks you in the eye, she always looks upset and wouldn't even look up when I stood over her after my appointment to check out. Thinking she wasn't available, I waited for the other receptionist, who was assisting someone else. However, another customer walked in and she then immediately helped her. My initial issue with the insurance was only escalated because I see demanded to speak to the office manager. The same receptionist didn't display any customer service knowledge nor any sense of urgency."

"I just had my first appointment with a gynecologist in 8 years. I am so glad that I choose Diana Health. Dr. Kellett Was amazing. Not only did he calm my nerves he was very communicative and gave me many options. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!!"

I was very nervous about my procedure but she went out of her way to make me comfortable. She also went out of her way to make a list of supplements she would recommend I start taking. She has an amazing personality and energy!"

"This is a fabulous office! I was able to schedule a new patient appointment online, which I love because I don't like calling places. All intake forms were online as well and were simple to fill out, no glitches or frustrating technical issues! The office is NICE, I felt like I was walking into a spa, not an OBGYN office. They had coffee and water too! Everyone was so nice and made me very comfortable. The exam was a breeze (if you know, you know) and the best part? I actually got called back at my appt time AND was walking out less than an hour later, which is phenomenal for a new patient annual appt. I'm thrilled I found this office, you should give them a try too!"
