"All of the providers were lovely, however they are operationally dysfunctional. We often waited 45+ minutes just to get into an exam room and would be at the clinic for multiple hours for routine well baby exams. We also had trouble with billing/insurance with Grace Pediatrics, which led to us overpaying. It took 4 months for us to get a refund check issued after they let us know that we had overpaid and would be issued a refund check."

They said wait we will call, but over 4.15 pm they didn’t call me to inside hospital , they don’t know the value of time management and kids health.. my son has 103 temperature..This is frustrating when kids are suffering .. This is worse .."
