"My husband booked me and mani pedi and we are new the area. I will start off by saying their prices are on the higher side, coming from San Diego I was a bit taken back. But after reading the mixed reviews I figured I would give it a try. The overall vibe of the salon is cold and not very welcoming, first strike. I went last Sunday and I will say my pedicure was wonderful, as it should be for $40. My problem is with my gel manicure, let's just say it's 5 days later and several of my nails are chipped and peeling, this has never been my experience gel. There were a few red flags while I was getting my nails done including cutting me but what sealed the deal on me never returning was when I told the manicurist that my nail was messed up and instead of repainting it she did a hack job on my nail just trying to cut off the messed up part in which I am sure you can guess that did not solve the problem and she finally repainted my nail. Overall I will not be returning and I'm more upset that I spent over $100 with tip for my nails to look like not even a week later."

"This is my second trip to Forest Nails Lounge and I've never been happier with a nail salon experience. I've been to so many different spas in the area and none of them compare. This dip powder set was done by Jade and her work is above and beyond. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered *exactly* that, all while making the enhancements look like my natural nails. Couldn't give a more enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking for excellent service and results!"

"I have not visited the salon for a mani/pedi, yet. But I will be here often soon! They were so helpful and kind to me that I had to write a review. They will definitely be where I get my Mani/pedis from now on. I have stage four cancer and chemo has really changed my mobility and my ability to walk. Not only is it off balance because of the neuropathy but it’s also painful due to the cancer and the treatment. My three young granddaughters were waiting in the car with me for our pizza to be done. The 2 1/2 year-old had to go “potty really badly right away.” There was no convincing her that she could wait… Which means she probably couldn’t wait. I sent the six year old in with the 2 1/2 year old as I was sitting right in front of the salon and could watch them. I had them ask the owner if they could please use their restroom. The owner came out and said they could but I had to be with them. I explained that I had cancer, and I can watch them walk there and back, but it was really painful to walk. He was so kind and said, “that’s OK they can go.” I know that that made him a little nervous, but he came together as part of my community in that moment, and helped me with “it takes a village.” The girls had a successful, and uneventful potty trip, I was at peace bc I could watch them, and all ended well. This disease has been incredibly humbling. It has been very difficult going from a very active 66-year-old grandmother to a woman who has a really difficult time walking right now during treatment. The silver lining has been that I have learned that we live in a community with many kind hearts and helpful hands. And this business owner is the best example of how a community can pull together for each other in times of need. Thank you, Forest Nails Lounge, for your kindness! I can see why your salon is full of happy people. I’ll see you soon when I can get up and out for a Mani/pedi!"

"Was visiting town and had a horrible ingrown toenail that made it painful to walk. I decided to try out my mom’s nail salon and had the pleasure of receiving services from Jade. Not only did she expertly remove the ingrown with minimal additional pain, she also gave me a fantastic gel manicure with cute design. If I was a local, this would be my go to place!"
