"Worst haircut ever!!! I can see why they are closing up. Uneven bowl cut like moe of the three stooges. Showed her a picture and told her I wanted height. What I got was totally flat. Walked out crying. Now I have to wear a hat until it grows out! Made the appointment on line and the booking had 2 at the same time. Only one person working. If I could they would get -2 stars. Not to mention that the back of my blouse was soaked when I walked out."

"I had a wonderful experience with Victoria . She color is my hair cuts. My hair blows out my hair and it’s a wonderful experience. She’s very professional and she does a phenomenal job the best I’ve had in the inland empire."

"I went here Monday and the person who usually cuts my hair was off. Being as this is not close to my home I let this other person butcher my hair. Said she had been cutting hair for 8 years (more like 8 minutes). I wanted it short in the back and longer on the sides. What I got was worse than the Willy Wonka style. First, never had anyone use clippers or razor for the full cut. Ask for a little shorter in back but then she would go shorter on the sides which defeated the purpose. The way it cut you can not style it. It is the worst hair cut of my life. I think I deserve at least a full refund for the embarrassment I must be seen in public with hair that is this horrible. The questionable stylist kept saying on it is so cute. She needs glasses. I did not have mine on at the time. Then she did not know how to get the hair off of me and was trying to use a towel. My son came over picked up the hair dryer and to her surprise it worked. Again, I would like a refund for this disaster. Got a call from the stylist who told me she thought it was cute. Explain my granddaughter laughed, my son was shocked and my friends did not know what to say. She asked if I wanted her to fix the issue. As I told her there was not enough hair left to repair the issue. Then she asked if I wanted a refund and I said that would be great. At that time I said I would be in Wednesday because that is when I would be in the area. She said that would be fine. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when she was a no show and the lovely lady working was unable to refund my money. At least the stylist was able to cut the uneven long pieces of hair that were left in between the extra short one."

"I hadn’t styled my hair in ages. I was hesitant to go to any salon, especially at my age it’s intimidating. But as I was walking out of Walmart , I saw the salon two ladies in there, took my chances and asked if she would take a walk on, she told me to have a seat & she had one client ahead but wouldn’t be long. I’m glad I did, she was kind & professional and made this old woman feel confident again. Monika knows her stuff & i will go to her from now on. There was one other stylist who was nice too. Give them a shot."

"I made an appointment for a haircut since my hair was too long and kept knotting. Chance, the cosmetologist, was awesome! He was able to get the knots out of my hair. I did have my baby with me. Once, my baby began to fuss. Chance was understanding and cut my hair while I held my baby! My over all experience was incredible! Will definitely be back!"
