"If trying to do something time sensitive like a cruise or book a trip last minute, this isn't the place. Since Covid struck, this office has been under staffed & slow to assist with those types of items. I'm a member just for the AAA emergency package & occasionally utilize the office for maps, passport or trip asst.-- I had called 3.31.23 and was told I would get a call back after chatting with a rep and giving them my membership & trip details, but that it may take 3+days. I got a call & the assistance with the info i needed on 4.5.23"
