"My mom and I booked here for next day appointments as we had previously come to the salon when it was called Lavish. It sounds like there is new owners and I was pleased to see that they now carry Oribe (it has been several years since our last visit here). I just needed a blow out and my mom needed her color redone. The shampoo portion of the blow out was wonderful! Anna really got into my scalp and did a double cleanse. My mom's color was a little complicated as she had grey roots coming through her highlighted orangey toned hair. We were paired with Anna and she did not disappoint. She recommended my mom do a partial highlight session with a smudge root and a toner to calm the orange hues in her hair. She did a thorough consultation and bonus she speaks Spanish. That helped my mom explain her wants more effortlessly. She was transparent about her pricing and clear about the results my mom should expect. It was definitely a complicated starting point but Anna delivered! She blended my mom's highlights beautifully and toned her hair a more cool/neutral color and also blended her hair line beautifully. This is the best I've seen my mom's color look. She styled it in such a cute way that no one has ever styled my mom's hair in. She had great product recommendations and spoke to my mom about follow up and maintenance appointments. I live out of state but my mom is defenitley going to be returning. "I finally made the trip back to this salon and totally worth it. Ana was my stylist and she did an excellent job. Plus she is kind, attentive and professional answered all my questions prior to service. I definitely recommend this salon and Ana. Do note the payment method is Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp. Totally caught me by surprise, since I use my debit card for everything."

"Well this was a last minute visit for a young lady who was going to a prom same day. So first I was happy to get her in for hair and makeup so this is the 3 star. But the reservation was some how for just a cut when I called to verify as this appointment was made but her dad who is very precise on what he asked for and made sure by confirm a prom package. So when I confirmed I was surprised and had to make sure it was for prom hair meaning an updo and makeup in which almost didn't happen but in telling them how important this was they made it happen. This was all about making her feel special which the stylist was very friendly and sweet and did an awesome job on the makeup for sure. But the hair...well started nice and the client liked it but I felt part if it was really nice but the back part looked well like a quick fix. Like I said it was all about this young lady getting it done and she said she liked it. Me it could have been done nicer and for the cost of 160.00 I could have done it myself. The gal at the front was nice and helpful."
