"Just left the salon thought I'd treat my mom for her birthday and although vivinan was nice my mother's hair has Green hue to it and all of her gray hairs are showing it's really disappointing and not worth the 160 I just spent. I mentioned to Vivian that itdidn't look right and is aware. And I only mention that because the man with the glasses who answered the phone and immediately had an attitude even hung up on me straight up said well your mom should've told her that as if he was apart of the conversation so I told him I did and that's why I'm asking when the owners in and hung up on me I called back three other times to get his name and the last time he picked it up and hung right up completely disrespectful and unprofessional I do not recommended it..now we're at Sally's hoping we can fix it..THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Never coming back and hoping to hear from the owner and if he thinks this is acceptable."
