"So disappointed with the lady that did my dip. She used a sanding tool to remove my cuticles and when I insisted she use the proper tools she wanted to charge me extra. She left oil on my nails and never wiped it off and there was no massage. Not a typical experience for that level of service."

"I have been going to this establishment since it opened. I never had an issue with either of the previous 2 owners. I really wish I could find out where the previous owner Monique relocated to. She was amazing and operated the business with efficiency and class. I am very sad to say that is not the case with the current ownership. Every time I make an appointment here I end up waiting well beyond my scheduled time. I even have scheduled an appointment for a friend to attend with me at the same time only for her to sit the entire time my pedicure was being done and they didn’t even start hers until mine was completed. It was embarrassing. I have continued to go back because it is very conveniently located but will no longer give them any chances. Yesterday I had an appointment for right when they opened because I had plans afterwards. I arrived right at my scheduled time and watched 5 people in chairs with their feet in the water and only one manicurist working. After sitting more than 10 minutes I asked if there was anyone to complete my scheduled service and I was told that I needed to come back and that it could be an hour and half before they could get to me. There is absolutely no customer service here and their scheduling system is horrible. I have witnessed them on several occasions answer the phone and when someone asks to make an appointment they tell them yes but they keep on working and don’t write it down. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience and the customer’s time should be honored and respected. I will never return and those interested in going here should be cautioned that having an appointment means nothing."
